WHO AM I   

I originally started to write on my first baking blog to share my recipies with friends and family. 

While the blog has began to fulfill the original mission I began to take it more seriously. I trained myself, spent all my spare time around the oven and finally I started to work as pastry chef. 

 

Just before my son was born I worked in a London based French patisserie which was a great life-long experience. A perfect way to learn all the traditional techniquies making perfectly looking cakes. At the same time I saw how a high-end kitchen works and how to organise everyday tasks, choose the best ingredients making perfect treat for everyone. 

 

Eventually, I decided to start a business on my own, and Friday Bakery was born. 

Since May, 2019 you can find my cakes at Meadows, the nice deli store in Cambridge. 

 

MY CAKES ARE NOT ONLY ABOUT LOOKS, I USE GOOD QUAILITY CHOCOLATE AND SEASONAL FRUITS AND ALL CAKES ARE HAND-CRAFTED.
