Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy We understand that sometimes plans change. Below is our cancellation policy for all bookings: 1. Cancellations by Participants: Up to 7 Days Before the Workshop: Cancellations made at least 7 days prior to the workshop will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule for a future date (subject to availability). Less Than 7 Days Before the Workshop: Cancellations made within 7 days of the workshop are non-refundable. However, you may transfer your booking to another person. Please inform us in writing with the new participant’s details at least 24 hours before the event. No-Show: If you do not attend the workshop and have not cancelled or transferred your booking, no refund will be issued. Workshops in a Package: Workshops that are booked as part of a package are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled if a participant misses one or more sessions. Except in special circumstances, we may offer the opportunity to reschedule the missed session to another available time. Please contact us as soon as possible to discuss. 2. Cancellations by the Organizer: In the unlikely event that the organizer cancels or reschedules the workshop (due to unforeseen circumstances such as illness or insufficient participants), participants will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule for a future date. 3. Rescheduling Requests: Up to 7 Days Before the Workshop: Participants may request to reschedule up to 7 days before the event with no additional charge. Less Than 7 Days Before the Workshop: Rescheduling requests made within 7 days of the event will be considered on a case-by-case basis, but rescheduling is not guaranteed. 4. Minimum Participants: Workshops require a minimum number of participants to go ahead. If the minimum is not met, the organizer may cancel or reschedule the event. In this case, you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule. 5. Special Circumstances: We will consider cancellations or rescheduling in special circumstances (e.g., illness, emergency) on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us as soon as possible if such a situation arises.
